Publish what you provide

A resident reports the boiler, photos attached. You answer on the thread, plan the repair, and hand it to a maintenance agent who sees the reports and nothing else of the house.

Each one gets an email and signs in with a one-time code or with Google. Nobody joins a house without an invitation from it.
